Women in STEM - Internship Program (2026-2027)
PLEASE NOTE: This program is near capacity. We are accepting new enrollment on a rolling, case-by-case basis
We are excited to continue our Women in STEM Internship Program for 2026-2027. The program is open to current graduate students focused on information and communications technology disciplines. On a limited basis, we also consider promising undergraduate students. Led by Co-Principal Jennifer Williams, our Internship Program is a unique opportunity to work one-on-one with our investment team as well as our portfolio companies during a 12-week internship to learn and apply your specific expertise to the Search Fund process.

Technical Advisor
Technical Advisors play a critical role throughout the lifecycle of the Search Fund process. We are seeking skilled Technical Advisors to support the design, development, and evaluation of cyber security, cryptography, networking and communications solutions. We retain Technical Advisors for short and long-term projects, with engagements varying from part-time, remote support to full-time, dedicated employment.
