Technology Sales Manager
Winterthur Search Fund is a technology investment firm focused on IT and telecommunications sectors in emerging and developing markets.
We’re seeking a dynamic Technology Sales Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy and drive adoption of our new advanced encryption product across key regions and countries. In the region or country you represent, you’ll combine deep technical understanding with strong relationship-building skills to identify opportunities, close deals, and establish our solution as the new standard for secure communications and data integrity.
In most locations, this position offers a flexible/remote work schedule customized to fit the selected candidate. We welcome qualified candidates located anywhere in the world.
Core Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, technology partners, and government stakeholders.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate technical features into compelling business value.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closing.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in technology or cybersecurity industry experience, preferably with encryption or security products.
Familiarity with Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) and/or Data Center Networking fundamentals
Experience with product development or sales environments.
Strong technical acumen and ability to communicate complex solutions clearly.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA a plus).
English language proficiency
Location: Remote; some travel may be required.
